If you have loss of appetite, read this

Hi, this post will be about loss of appetite and what to do, if you are facing this, and does not want to eat, here is some guidelines to prevent your body from breaking.
Im not a doctor or expert in this, the following information searches i found on the net and from reading medical articles. :D hope it helps

Drink more water - at least take in some water. If not could cause you to fall sick easily or have dehydration.

Take some vitamins - It helps in keeping the body stronger

Drinks
If dont feel like eating food, try some drinks, these drinks might help.

  • Your favorite beverage.
  • Sour stuff stimulate taste buds - grapefruit, lemon, juices from such fruits can be useful.
  • Drinking tea or ginger tea helps
  • Drinking energy drink like milo, holicks helps
  • Sweet drinks like honey is good too
  • Fruit juices give the nutritious you get from fruits

Food:
When food is consume little, the choice is impt

  • Eat fruits, eat your favorite fruits
  • Eat starchy stuff like bread, potato, mash potato is good, porridge ect.
  • If you crave for something go for it :D but try avoid oily stuff
  • Eat sweet and sour stuff to stimulate taste buds
  • tofu and dairy products gives good amount of nutrients
  • snacks like energy bars or fruit bars are good

Most importantly dont force yourself to eat. And eat anything you want, if you only want ice cream, and will eat only ice cream, go ahead, cos that is the only way give your body calories.

Downsize the meal place in front of you, its gives a psychological impression that food is little, your brain and stomach will accept smaller portion of food more readily.

To conclude, our human body need the energy to keep moving, if you are not eating much, go for something that the body needs. If not you might fall sick easily or feel weak. Most importantly drink plenty of water.
