Mom cooks curry :D

Hmmmm so mom cooks curry yesterday, i did not manage to get the recipe or tutorial of how to do it as im working, when i reach home... awwww the overpowering smell of curry chicken :D hmmm so, there are many ways to eat curry, eat it with rice, bread, noodles, roti prata and many many more.

One way i like to eat it is with instant noodles, just boil instant noodles, drain out the water and add the curry chicken to it :D

This is how it looks :D not very speical, but a way i like to eat it, try it, its great and also it dosent contain any msg or anything bad from instant noodles cos the packet of powder is not added haha.

Ok, next is a more creative way, i came up with it randomly in a morning afew years back. Hmmm it is a form of bread and curry that most people have eaten before. But i use toast instead of just bread. We all know that curry originate from india, and toast originate from the west, so this is a special dish that consist of a combination of east and west, a unique singapore style :D

So first off, we use this kind of bread...
Heat up the oven...set to grill...

Put the bread inside...
Toast it for a min or so, until the bread turn brown

Tada, done...ready to serve...WAIT ZHIMING u only toasted one side????
yes, its only toasted one side, it is DESIGN (LOL) this way so that 1 side is soft and spongy to absorb the curry and the other side gives a crispy texture to the curry bread. haha It gives the taste of crispy and softness, a feel of western and eastern :D
hmmm if you dont have an oven, just head up a pan and throw the bread in there, no oil or butter is needed, just let it toast 1 side and done.

So i call this, Zebra Corssing Curry, yea so if try it, its simple and easy, next time my mom cooks curry, i shall do a tutorial of it if i have the time :D

Lastly i still wanna say F singtel, F u for selling iphones to people who walk in and let those customer on reserve wait...im seriously pissed...i slept at 3 am and wake up at 8 am...im so excited and happy...and suddenly all my hope crash...boom...okok...i know i shldnt complaint...i know this blog is for food, but let me vent my anger abit k...lols...my mood from dam happy become dam moody...fk it...ok...go eat curry go eat curry.
